u can lowr it but don expect to offroad in it after wards, and the wobbling in the steering wheels is prolly just a cracked strut, i myself have and 86 blazer s-10 and the only way i can change the oil filter is to reach in through the wheels well and get it, but you know what ever its your car , you wanna chat any more e-mail me at
