What kind of plugs? better be NGK Coppers!!
Get the SES codes as that will help things out ALOT
Also, tap the Throttle Position Sensor with the end of a scewdriver. if the idle changes thats your problem.
one more thing. ALWAYS post your vitals. year, make, miles, auto/man etc
