Just put on a new coil pack and it still isn't firing on those cylinders. Has anyone had a similiar problem or know what the problem could be. I thought if it was the ignition module or crankshaft position sensor then no cylinders would fire?

I wouldn't bet on that... coil pack is more likely... but I wouldn't rule out the ignition module.... spark plug insulators could possibly be cracked... have you physically inspected the plugs? Don't assume a brand-new coil pack cannot be bad, either... Just my .02 worth....
