Another problem could be the vacuum control for your HVAC controls.... All the control flaps in your heating and a/c ducts are controlled by engine vaccuum, you have a bad control dial, loose lines, or the check valve in the line from the intake to the firewall is bad, (generally above the oxygen sensor area on 3.1s.....) If vacuum is not routed properly to these flaps, they will restrict (block) the amount of air flow
