One of the few things that strikes me funny about this is

1 : when you listen to Ron Paul in debates he states the US's current status and flow of money..basically America is broke and had to borrow 12 billion from China. Great now America is in debt to China as well as the FR.

2 : Some bill just passed to force lower interest rates on borrowed money such as loans and CC's.

3 : That article being what it is worth - A little extra cash in the pocket ( a one time thing ) has mention how Washington is being labelled as broke but claim otherwise.

I think with everything going on and so many movements to eliminate the FR and eliminate the IRS the have put their heads together and figured out a tricky way to keep America indebted to other countries and Americe in debt to the monetary system created by the FR. Now when politics speak of this and that happening with lower interest , lower taxes , the government actually 'giving' money back...I believe it to be a cover up of their true intentions and keep America blind as to what the FR and IRS are truely doing.
