The kits are identical. The Revell is a re-release of the Protar kit. If you get the Revell the decals may be in better shape because it's the newer release.
Tobacco decals were available from F1Specialties. They are now shown as unavailable. Maybe some dealer still has them in stock or you can try ebay...
Btw...the kit is... errrm... not exactly impressive :-)
If you have the money get the Hiro kit. It is infinitely better...and in 1/20:-)
