Have a 1999, Ford Contour, 4 cyc.
When I was making a turn, the engine shut down and vehicle coasted to a stop. Could not restart. Would act like it wanted to start but would not turn over. Now, earlier that day, I replaced the A/C relay, in which the heat and air now work properly. Was it just a coincidence that the vehicle broke down or could I have done something???

I checked to ensure all the fuses and relays in box were in good under drivers side.
I checked reset inertia switch.
I hear fuel pump when I turn engine on and fuel pump stays on for a couple of seconds.
I browsed for any loose wires under hood and pushed on all to make sure.

Any ideas what best possible problems may be?
