I'm using usdm type R pistons with stock ls rods. Machine shop did something to make em fit. FYI, got my rod and main bearings last week and dropped em off to the shop. Mechanic said it will be ready by end of this month...Yeah right, I heard that before...3 months or so ago...Anyway...I'm keeping my hopes up, I'll give him til first week of September then breaking in starts...Drivers...start your engine:finger:
