As far as the blower motor, I would look at all connections before I started replacing parts. Sounds like there is a connection that is not fully seated or has corrosion on the connections.
As far as the lights, try spraying lubricant into the door latshes and open and close each door a few times to see if it helps any.
On the dying issue, clean or replace the Idle Speed Control motor. It is located in the rear center top of the engine bolted to the throttle body.
