Is the Service Engine Soon light on? If so, what DTC's are stored? Not knowing if it's fuel or electrical, the easiest, and first thing to check, is spark at more than one spark plug. Should be blue, not orange. Next is fuel pressure and excessive leakdown. Just because a part is new, is no guarantee that it's good. Key on, engine off, fuel pump running, must have 60 to 66psi. Must remain above 55psi for 3 to 5 minutes after pump shuts off.
