lmao @ glue... dude, we use this stuff in industrial applications.. I just found out that the company that I work for uses the same stuff, they put up temp beams with to make hoists for moving equipment.. the only name that I can get for it right now is PRP '43'.
I can order it through them, but I can only get a 55gal drum from them, and it's a lil under $1000 for that... I don't need that much.
I never said I could weld them in myself, I said that it could be done..
Aside from all that, there are ways to make panels just as structurally sound as welding w/o welding, and that's what I"ll probably end up doing.
This works even better when you consider that the floor pans aren't "welded" in to begin with.. that is to say, there's no actual bead-weld there, it's all pop-welds (spot welds).
