The torque specs I used I got from another post (89, 106, 132). They are the same in my Haynes repair manual except for the first (instead of 89 inch lbs, Haynes says 24 inch lbs). 24 inch lbs of course is 2 foot lbs which most torque wrenches don't even have a setting that low. Anyhow, I went with the 89 first.
Also, just a FYI, I had to flush the heck out of my cooling system after doing the intake because I loosened up some DexCool junk. After the flush, things seem fine.
