Yep!
Charge that battery to it's full potential or swap it with a known good one.
Retest.
Alternator and Regulator are assembled together in 95, you can r/r just the Regulator if you can prove the Alternator and Diode bank are working properly. Most folks just swap the Alternator Assembly.
Retest.
Bad connections should be eliminated from suspicion
first. Remove / Inspect / Re-Connect every high amperage connection, including the main fuses in the Power Distribution Box.
Retest.
