If you are on a limited budget, then going FI is really out of the question, especially going turbo. Most peeps end up blowing their first engine/drive line, for one reason or another. Sooo, if you don't have the bucks to drop in another engine/drive line. Then your not going to be very happy, with your car, or your FI adventure. Also, having another mode of transportation, becomes an issue, not unless you don't mind walking.... hehehehe

Granted there are peeps out there that have done it, and got away without tearing anything-up. Usually, they have friends/shop to guide them through it. The leaning curve on turbo's is a lot stepper/costly then with an sc, however an sc will cost you more...

Don't mean to be slamming, but that is the reality of FI. Just go around to all the different FI Forums... BTDT
