You're actually looking for the Remote Keyless Entry/Remote Antitheft Personality module rather than what's usually referred to as the computer module (aka: Powertrain Control Module).

The module with the 5-digit keypad code should be located under the instrument cluster, above the accelerator pedal. This question has been addressed on this forum many times, so I'll let you use the handy "Search this forum" feature from the Taurus mainpage to find the details.
