Is this a 92 or a 2002 Model? If it is a 2002 then you most likely need to replace the alternator decoupler. Go to
www.tendeco.com to read more about the alternator decoupler. They are available at
www.iat-usa.com,
www.duboismareketing.com as well as RCP Canada and Goodyear. This is only if it is a 2001-2005 model year not the 92. Judging by the nature of your problem I wonderd if you made a typo on the year of the van. Hope this helps.
