The battery isn't dead, has a brand new starter, New distributor and all the insides. new battery cable. Nothing shows being wrong when the scanner is hooked up. Neutral saftey switch has been checked out. I am running out of options to replace and check, just wondering if anybody has had this problem.
Thank you.

the best way to narrow down the bad guy is with head lights on when cranking, do the lights dim. if so bad connection to ground or battery fails under load need load test to be sure battery is good.if no clicking starter solenoid and starter bad with no lights dimming. if this happens hit starter with hammer with key to crank position then if it starts you have a new defective starter. if it were summer, heat shield missing could cause simular problem.........i notice you changed some uncommon parts like wiring did you have this start problem before you replaced these items? it is possible wiring is defective or connections, may need meter.
