I'm not sure what kind of lights they are but if you take them out, you can take them to a parts store and there is normally a number on the bulb they can use to give you replacement bulbs. Before you go through the trouble of taking your dash out to get to the bulbs, try a fuse. It's a 15A fuse that controls your instrument lights and tail lights. My "service vehicle soon" light came on and I noticed the tail lights and instrument lights (dash-board) were out. I replaced the fuse and they both came on and the "service vehicle soon" light went out!
