I hate to give you something to worry about, but it could be trouble. Most shops do not rebuild these correctly. This trans needs the tollerances set correctly to function correctly and last. I know the sound you are describing. I'm not certian what causes it. I just rebuilt mine and it did it before I rebuilt it. I found the clutch stack up way too loose and the end play was way over tollerance. Now that everything is correct, it doesn't make the noise anymore. The only thing I can think of that could make this niose is everything compressing or opening when loading or unloading (I.E. putting it into drive or park)
