You'll be OK. The two products are not necessarily compatible but the small about to bring the coolant reservoir up to the full mark should not hurt. At a convenient time I would flush the system and use Toyota brand "red" antifreeze. Its only available from a Toyota dealer in either 50/50 mix or 100% concentrate.
Changing coolant will extend the life of your cooling system and is cheep insurance against more costly repairs.
