No lacquer on enamel, meaning no Tamiya Spray on Testor enamel. Actually, lacquer based paint shouldn't be used on enamel or water base acrylic, but if the first few coats are sprayed lightly, it might work.

It slightly yellows, but not much if the model is kept indoor and away from the sunlight.

It can be polished with the polishing kit.

Not sure what you mean by "real" acrylic, but Tamiya Spray (and Gunze Mr. Color bottle and spray) is synthetic lacquer solvent based acrylic paint.
