Its hard to find companies that can fabricate specific things. The motor tuners tend to be more midlands and down south, whereas im up in the north east of England. Ive thought about just approaching companies who deal with tubilar metals and ask them to make one, but they look at you and think you're stupid or something, and tell you that its gonna cost a fortune. The main point is, its hard to find someone who can bend 3" dia piping around here, and buying the bends is out of the question, so the alternative is to find something that fit from the UK, like this Reactive filter, or find an easier way to import thje HS CAI, the one i prefer.
