well i dont think the courts are gonna care about excuses. the government is full of leaches, so you probably gonna end up paying for whatever was written on the ticket. even if the cop didnt sign it, there will still be a record of the incident.
but shit, for $271 anythings worth a shot... so i say lay the bs on extra thick, i sure as hell would.
