dont slam it into 2nd or any gear. Smoothly but quicky w/ a slight pause in neutral. No more grinding or if you have higher mileage you might want to consider 2nd & 3rd gear w/ synchro replacement. Do a clutch w/ light weight fly wheel.
DC is rip-off
I have Hurst installed w/ bushings its longer than most on the market. brings it closer to the driver, but the throw is not real short
