Welcome to the boards and congrats on the purchase. To answer a few of your questions, the high flow pop charger is a new intake if you didn't know that already. You should gain a couple ponies out of it, but if you want more, I would recommend getting an AEM cold air intake, it'll cost more but its worth it. As far as parts places go, I don't know of any particular ones, but if you check out www.b15sentra.net they have a whole lot of info for all models of the sentra with writeups, recommendations and reliable companies to purchase parts from.
