you can look at
www.postaljeep.com, which has listingings in them....you used to be able to buy them from the post office, but they wont auction them off or something cuz they got sued. So just look in the paper constantly, or even call the newspaper and ask them which ones have been listed and not sold. Check the website for classifieds too. I have one and I live in Delaware.
