excellent points.

I'd go turbo. JRSC can only run like 6 psi unless you upgrade pulleys. not to mention they run all!!! the time, sucking gas and life out of your engine. With a turbo you have the option to use it or not, saving the life of the turbo and the engine. Its like power on reserve. The potential of a turbo is way higher than the JRSC too. Plus with a small turbo there will be hardly any lag. If you are running a civic I would go with that big of a turbo anyway because you don't have the exhaust to fuel it. I would go with the apex or drag 3 kit, more likely the drag 3 though.

Honestly piecing your kit together is a lot cheaper, like 2 grand cheaper. The most difficult part is the manifold, Idealy you want a tuned manifold but I don't think many kits have those.
