if you wanna do this price comparison ive got a honda sitting in my backyard that weighs 1100 pounds stock, and i only paid $200 for it. lets throw a 350 or something in it and see it runs 12's maybe 11's, all for less than $1000. does that have anything to do with the wrx being a performance vehicle? no...

LOL... where to start

first off, i'm assuming this car is a hatchback, and also a front wheel drive... heres a question for ya, how do you think your gonna fit a 350 into something so small, the mounts wont even fit a 6 so i dount they'll fit a 350 v8, even if you did manage to accomplish this how do you think your goin to strengthen the chassis so it doesnt tear itself in half?

and furthur more, did you account for the weight that the engine will add?

plus, how do you think that your going to get the power to the ground?? even if you did manage to horisontally oppose a 350 (whcih i doubt you will) how would you stop your uni joints from shearing? *even is it is a rear wheel drive you still have to upgrade things like gearbox, tailshaft, axles, and the brakes would need to be change to handle the much weightier car*...

tyres - what kinda tyres do you plan to fit onto the '1100 pound' car, how are you gonna get the power to the ground?? how do you expect to do a 12 second quarter with no traction?

i can see you havent thaught this through...

you need to get into the scene a bit more to understand this... obviously you arent around cars or cars restorers that often, so i will excuse your ignorance, but please... dont brag about your rice steamer, its pathetic
