Well my own sad story: I am sad to report that little Dusty has passed on to the big tree in the sky
He was doing fine thru yesterday. This morning he didn't eat as well but otherwise was acting normal. Just before my lunch hour I decided to hold him for a few minutes...he liked cuddling into a warm hand and sleeping. Well he did the usual...got comfortable and went to sleep. A few minutes later he was gone. He left peacefully. It was pretty depressing, having him die in my hand and at work, but I am glad I gave him a few extra days and that he died like a little king.
That’s so sad Kat.
At least you had a few days with him and it sounds like he died peacefully and in no pain. Poor little man.
