None of those apply to me. Here in New Brunswick, even at rush hour, our 4 lanes highways are so clear you can maintain at least the speed limit for hundreds of miles, or sometimes even get going 100+ MPH no problem. So I just check to make sure nobodys coming up in the fast lane, if so, I let them go, if not, I signal and pull over.
