the only decline would prob be the heads giving off to much air which inturn is going to mean that your can is going to run lean and you will end up firing a head after awhile. and with a stock intake manifold, the heads wont be getting enough air to begin with let alone with the bigger heads that are all ready there... tell me if i am making any sense?
