Actual double clutching is only needed when driving a BUS or a BIG TRUCK. PERIOD!!!!!!!!!! double clutching is when you engage clutch take out of gear, let clutch out, engage again, then shift into gear. I do believe your talking about speed shifting, where you match RPM so that you dont have to engage the clutch to put it in gear....which in turn would save you time while racing. However it is extremly hard on your tranny and not worth learning on your car.....learn on someone elses...hehe
