And second is there someway or something to fix? This frothy mixture shoots straight into the carburator which I'm sure is not good for it.

your PCV valve should be keeping most of the oil from traveling with the crankcase fumes into your intake airstream. if you haven't done it recently you should replace the PCV valve. also would be a good idea to make sure the PCV hose is not partially clogged. a smaller inner hose diameter will create higher velocity which will draw more oil up.
