Now there's two diverse opinions

Taranaki thinks the criminal is acting on his Animal instincts.
And poor Matty cant accept the Habitual criminal as Bad enough to Execute!
Wait till the guy I'm talking about get's hold of you or something of yours, then you'll find it a little easier to make up your mind about his rehabilitation aptitude!

I could spring the trap, or pull the switch, and the only reservation I'd make is to see the Trial transcript.

Personally, I want a strong conviction, no trace of doubt. (Be sure your right, then go ahead)

I'd never hold an execution if the verdict was handed out as a result of a "Sales Job" the prosecutor did on the Jury. It's gotta be hard evidence for the Death penalty.

Both the first and Second convictions. Then maybe wait a year for something important to come up. If nothing changes, drag him down the hall and get it overwith.
