Ummm...why not just put a regular open end wrench on it and pop it...not just apply constant pressure on it, just one good pop and it will usually come right off. Ofcourse a pair of Vise-grips works well too if you get a good grab on it. Just don't ever put constant pressure on it. I don't own any line wrenchs, and don't ever really plan to get any(not any time soon atleast) I just haven't found a reason to spend the money on a special tool that I don't absolutely HAVE to have.
