...it's time to move on.
I've been thinking a lot the last couple days and I really need to move on and I need something a little better. I'm talking about the Talon. I think it's time for her to go. As some of you may know, I'm moving out next year of my parents and trying to get a condo. As a result, I won't have money, time, or probably even space (if I don't get a garage) to work on her. She's an endless money pit right now, and as much as I love her so much, I think it's time to call it quits.
So as a result, I'm just browsing around looking for a good DD that will treat me well. I drove all day today in my parents 03 Monte Carlo and I like it alot. It's comfortable, big, roomy, power steering works
and all around a decent car. So I may be looking into something like that. Basically, I want some 1996+, less than 50k miles, in great shape and power everything. And completely stock. So what do you guys think? Also looking no more than $5,000. NO CAVYS! Those have been cancelled out long time ago. I'm also trying to stay clear of Civics as I'll be raced all over around here. Want decent power also. Ideas.
Also, how much for the Talon? Ya it's got a gray bumper, 108k miles, and sun damage, but some kids got to want it, right? New trans is a plus, new everything really.
And the new car will be fully in my name with insurance, so that need to be considered also.
This won't happen till Feb, April next year I'm thinking, but time to start thinking.
