if you truely want them red/clear and light up respectively, you gotta redrill holes and eliminate the stock holes. you also have to tear them apart, and put something in to divide them. its a pain in the ass but it can be done.

as for the holes, get a 1" drill, and drill the holes where you want them, then get out the good old pocket knife and try cutting the notches as close to stock as possible. oh yeah, you might have to do some creative hacking to the metal that is behind the taillight assembly in order to accomodate the new bulbs locations.
