I have purchased the Hasegawa VW Type 2 Delivery Van and plan to mod it a little proberbly just lowering and maybe some sort of interior in the rear.
My questions...
Is 0.5mm or 0.25mm Plasticard/Styrene a good thickness to use?
Where can I get a set of "fuchs" (the ones on the Tamiya '88 Porsche 911 Turbo).
Or any set of these wheels:
Preferably the ones outlined in red and between them the one in the smaller picture.

Also does anyone know of any good sites for reference pictures of VW Buses/Vans and/or a Build Diary/WiP Thread.
Have searched quite a lot with little luck.

Are either/both of these puttys any good for body work and general use?
I have read the thread on using putty but I'm asking as I don't know the "specs" of this putty eg are they one or 2 part, will they crack etc?
