Here's what I did to get one out a few days ago. I took two 5/16-18 standard size nuts and TIG welded them together, ground down the weld, then welded those nuts to the top of the bolt that was stuck. I think the heat along with the extra leverage applied to the bolt made it come right out.
This may not be feasable in your application, but I'm just throwin' it out there for those people who stripped their bolt head. I can get pics of it too.
