buy it! 1700.00 sounds like a steal.is the motor stock.i assume so for that price.add cam,headers,intake,carb,and hei ignition [if it has points].dont go too big on the cam though or youll start loosing horsepower.personally i like my camshaft to have a good lope.i would definatly go with a 4 speed.it adds value to the car and they are soo much fun to drive.i ould then complete the needed bodywork[i would make an ss clone].also if it doesnt have front disc upgrade that too.
