You can buy one from the dealer, a good place to start is majestic honda, their prices are good. One thing though that bushing is a nightmare to replace. The best method I have seen is to cut the old bushing's sleeve out of the arm, and drop it at the machine shop to be pressed back in. Energy Suspension makes a polyurethane insert that requires you to gut the old bushing (remove only the rubber) and can be pushed in by hand (plus a couple other hands). I've done both and found that the Energy Suspension method is the easiest and helps with handeling.
