I don't think you'll get the answer you want without trying one and getting your car on a dyno machine...especially with your added mods, ie. porting. Hard to say how you're car will perform because the cams you want were made for a certain "set up". As for using a B18 (LS) TB and mani-porting, in theory, if you're adding more air, without bumping compression or displacement, then it's useless.. What you want is a free flowing motor...smooth air/fuel, timing, free flowing exhaust too.
