The SE in the photo is a 'US Conversion', not a regular US import, take a close look at the side turn indicator, there is a round one on the side, while the front bumper also houses the 'US regulations' side light.
Real, legally imported Diablo SE's for the US market didn't have the round turn signal indicator, only the rectangular one in the bumper.
Note that this does not mean you won't be able to register this car in the US, if the paperwork is OK, there is no problem.
As for pricing, the SE is a little underrated at the moment, prices have dropped lately, but are levelling out I think.
