www.autozone.com has a pretty good collection of diagrams you should be able to get info from the site to get you on your way I would have someone turn the key on while i was under van with the wires going to the pump and be testing them to see if their is power coming back to pump most likely a fuse under the dash or on inner drvr fender well.
