Well that was a LOT easier then I thought!
Remove the serpintine belt
Jack the car up
Remove the front passenger tire
Remove the plastic cover
Remove the Giant bolt in the harmonic balancer using a impact wrench
And surprisingly... the harmonic balancer come right off with your hands.
