Well, the only other thing would be a wiring issue of some kind. If Im not mistaken the sensor is inside the tank, and should be accessible through the access port in the trunk underneath the carpet. But thats about as far as I know, mine hasnt worked for quite some time now, its about a 60-70 dollar part, and for that price, I can just keep track of how much I drive.
