not on a stock one. at 19-20 psi thier stock fuel system takes a shit on them and they detonate like hell. and a blow off valve isnt gonna do jack for that car unless he has a VPC and can vent into the atmosphere. if he doesnt have a VPC which are fairly expensive and he's venting to atmosphere he's losing power, they dont use map sensors like honda do.
stock times for gst's are 15-15.2's stock times for gsx's are 14.8-14.9 with someone who actually knows how to launch an all wheel drive car.
my friend has a gsx with a buscher 3 inch turbo back and an intake and he ran a 14.6
but yes they are very easily made quik. there are plenty of 10 second eclipses running around
