The caliper pistons on that side are probably sticking. No leak required to cause this problem - it's just the caliper continuing to put pressure on the pads after the brake pedal has been released.

Replace the caliper. Personally, I'd replace both sides if you're planning to keep the vehicle: The other side is probably close to failing as well.
