Thanks for replying to my question Chris Stewart. the switches that you describe are not there. all I saw was only 1 switch and it was white in color and about half the size of a pack of cigarettes. It seemed to work fine and I even took it apart by (very carefully) undoing the clips and it looked like brand new inside.

I was toying around with the idea of splicing the middle brake light power to the main brake lights. I don't know if that will work or not. I don't know what else to check. Any help/advice would be appriceated. Thank You.
