Is the voltage 12 volts or am I looking for control voltage only like +/_ 5 volts dc?

well if you have turned in the old one... it too late for voltage checks.... i hope and pray that all that was wrong with it was the e.c.m. but before you change any more parts...diagnois, diagnois, diagnois...
each circut will have its own assigned voltage ranges, im not sure what that one is suppose to be with out consulting Mitchells, but I'll check it when i get my Mitchells computer out of storage, but I believe its a 0-5 volt range...
